The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority is seeking a Finance Analyst to support back-office payments for bus/transport contracts. You will analyse financial and performance data to ensure payments reflect value for money and stay aligned with audit recommendations.

In this role you will monitor operator contract payments, support review of conditions, and act as a bridge between the Transport Performance team's financial functions and stakeholders to ensure smooth, compliant financial

Qualifications

• Experience in managing operator payments under bus/transport contracts.
• Knowledge of EP Morris ICT system and related financial procedures.
• Ability to monitor contract performance and apply penalties where needed.

Responsabilités

• Analyse financial and performance data to ensure value for money in operator payments.
• Monitor contractual compliance and apply financial penalties when appropriate.
• Assist in reviewing contract conditions to align with procedures and practice.
• Coordinate between Transport Performance financial functions and internal/external stakeholders.
