Job summary

Shropshire Council's Passenger Transport Group is seeking a Transport Compliance & Payments Coordinator to lead contract compliance, financial assurance and payments across transport services.

You will oversee contractor performance, monitor contractual compliance, manage payment assurance processes and identify opportunities to improve value for money while working with operators and senior managers to drive governance and continuous improvement across the council's transport portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract compliance, financial controls, or audit processes.
• Track record of monitoring performance and managing contractors.
