You will lead development and implementation of a comprehensive L&D strategy, partnering with leaders to build technical capability and strengthen leadership pipelines while managing budgets and external providers.

- Credible L&D professional with a track record delivering learning solutions in a complex org.
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on delivery capability.
- Experience designing performance and competency frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver a modern L&D strategy aligned to business priorities.
- Lead capability building and leadership pipelines across the org.
- Manage external training providers and measure ROI.
- Oversee the LMS content, accessibility and impact.
- Partner with Apprenticeship Co-ordinator for early careers programs.
