Job summary

Lloyd's Register International is seeking a senior learning and development professional to shape and deliver leadership and management development across the organisation, consulting with stakeholders to diagnose learning needs and design inclusive, accessible solutions, delivered face-to-face and virtually.

You will lead end-to-end delivery of bespoke learning, evaluate impact with data, and support a culture of continuous development, while balancing remote and hybrid working and wellbeing

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of learning and organisational development theory and practice.
• Significant experience in designing, delivering and evaluating learning and development solutions, including leadership and management programmes.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Shape and continuously improve leadership and management development programmes.
• Diagnose learning needs using data and stakeholder collaboration.
• Manage end-to-end delivery from scoping to design, delivery and evaluation; manage timelines and risks.
