Job summary

iamproperty Group is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to shape our capability framework and develop leaders across the business. You will lead the L&D team, design engaging programmes, and drive a measurable impact on performance and growth.

You will manage leadership development, mentoring initiatives, and apprenticeship activities while collaborating with HR and senior leaders to align learning with business goals. This role offers flexibility with remote work options.

Qualifications

• Strong L&D experience in management and leadership development.
• Excellent facilitation, training delivery and learning design skills.
• Experience leading and developing others.
• Strong coaching capability.
• Ability to diagnose learning needs and convert to practical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Commercial mindset and ability to demonstrate L&D impact.
• Proactive, pragmatic approach in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the L&D team, creating a high-performing function.
• Own learning needs analysis and translate priorities into a clear L&D plan.
• Lead and develop Elevate, our leadership development programme for managers and leaders.
• Own Accelerate, our mentoring programme from matching to evaluation.
• Design and deliver leadership development covering coaching, feedback, performance management and change.
• Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with People and HR teams on performance, talent and succession priorities.
• Champion face-to-face, virtual and blended learning to improve capability and performance.
• Lead our apprenticeship approach, including the Apprenticeship Levy and external providers.
• Use data and ROI to refine approaches and improve impact.
• Manage the L&D budget and external partners, exploring technology and new methods.
