Job summary

Babcock International is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator for the HMNB Clyde Faslane site with hybrid working. You will join a growing L&D team in a newly created role, shaping learning processes and improving the learner experience.

The role involves coordinating training, managing learner records in the LMS, reporting, and driving continuous improvement to support a highly skilled workforce and UK defence capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning and Development or Human Resources environments.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems and managing learning administration.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing data, records and reporting accurately.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating training programmes, learning events, virtual sessions and related logistics.
• Managing learner records, enrolments, completions and reporting through the Learning Management System.
• Supporting learners, facilitators and stakeholders by providing timely guidance and communications.
• Producing accurate learning reports, metrics and compliance records to support business requirements.
• Driving continuous improvement activities that enhance learning processes and the learner experience.
