Job summary

Iconic Resourcing is seeking a hands-on Learning & Development Manager to lead leadership, culture and workforce capability across a fast-moving industrial organisation. You will work with senior stakeholders to modernise learning and build capability across the workforce.

You will drive transformation in leadership development, refresh performance frameworks and build pathways for technical and behavioural competencies, with a focus on apprenticeships and early careers initiatives.

• Proven experience operating as a Learning & Development Manager in a commercially driven organisation.
• Hands-on experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering or operational environments.

About you

• You’ll come from a hands on industrial, manufacturing, engineering or operational environment and be comfortable operating within a complex, fast moving business
• Proven experience operating as a Learning & Development Manager within a commercially driven organisation
• Resilient, credible and confident enough to challenge, influence and build trust across all levels of the organisation
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate effectively across both operational and leadership populations
• Public sector and heavily corporate environments are unlikely to align with the realities of this workforce
