Job summary

Langley Trust in Coventry seeks an experienced and values-driven Project and Change Manager to lead transformation initiatives across the Trust, improving systems, processes and ways of working to deliver more effective services for vulnerable people. This hybrid role is 37 hours per week and requires attendance at the Coventry office at least one day per week.

• Proven track record of delivering transformation projects.
• Strong project planning, reporting and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience improving business processes and implementing sustainable change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver transformation projects with clear objectives, governance, risks, and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, manage risks and dependencies, and report clearly.
• Analyse and redesign processes to improve efficiency, service quality, compliance, and user experience.
• Drive change management: assess impacts, support readiness, communicate and train, embed adoption.
• Champion the Trust's values, build relationships, and ensure transparent, professional delivery.
