Job summary

Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support its Transformation team on a fixed-term 12-month basis. The role offers hybrid working and a busy portfolio across Community Mental Health and Physical Health services.

The successful candidate will convene project teams, manage delivery, and apply strong planning, negotiation, analytical and communication skills to drive service improvement across Integrated Community Teams and other

• Understanding of tools and methodologies used within service improvement projects.

• Convene and manage project teams to enable delivery of transformation and change initiatives.
• Develop and redesign services across service groups in line with local strategies and government initiatives.
• Support performance improvement across the organisation as required.
