Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Support Officer or similar role.
• Experience supporting business change, technology or transformation initiatives.
• Strong meeting coordination, minute-taking and reporting skills.
• Experience maintaining project plans, RAID logs and action trackers.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams and SharePoint.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Exposure to organisational change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Supporting project and programme plans.
• Tracking milestones, deliverables, dependencies and progress.
• Coordinating activities across multiple workstreams.
• Maintaining RAID logs, action trackers and decision registers.
• Organising governance meetings, workshops and stakeholder forums.
• Preparing agendas, status reports and meeting packs.
• Capturing actions, decisions and minutes.
• Supporting project communications and engagement activities.
• Maintaining project documentation, repositories and audit trails.
• Supporting onboarding, training and programme update activities.
• Assisting with resource planning, lessons learned and benefits tracking.
