Job summary

ISS is seeking a Transformation Programme Manager to lead a business-critical programme within the Technical Services function in London. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive governance, and ensure delivery of measurable operational improvements.

Reporting to the Managing Director of Technical Services, you will establish PMO standards, manage budgets and risks, and enable stakeholder adoption across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Significant programme management experience, preferably in a complex transformation environment.
• Proven track record of implementing PMO frameworks and governance structures.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls.
• Hands-on experience with project/portfolio tools such as MS Project, Jira or Monday.com.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive adoption of PMO standards.
• Advanced data analytics and ability to present actionable insights for executives.
• Experience guiding stakeholders through process changes and training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, tailored to technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a business-critical transformation programme.
• Develop and maintain the programme roadmap with governance and reporting oversight.
• Establish programme structures, governance frameworks, processes, and ways of working.
• Drive organisational change initiatives and support stakeholder adoption.
• Act as the visible lead for the transformation programme and partner with the MD of Technical Services.
