Job summary

IG Group is seeking a Programme Manager for a 12 Month FTC in London. You will join the Transformation PMO, drive governance, reporting and risk management across a company-wide transformation spanning technology modernisation, AI adoption and operating model changes.

You’ll work closely with the Transformation Director, Finance Partner and People Partner to ensure data feeds into a single view. The role is hybrid with three days in the office and strong stakeholder engagement across the

Qualifications

• Experience managing large, complex multi-workstream programmes.
• Able to influence senior stakeholders without eroding ownership of delivery.
• Certified Project/Programme Manager (PRINCE2, APM, MSP or equivalent).
• Experience in technology transformation and governance within fast-paced organisations.
• Strong analytical capability across budgets, forecasts, savings and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the transformation programme across workstreams and track progress.
• Own governance controls: cadence, decision logs, RAID logs and reporting standards.
• Prepare concise, decision-oriented reporting for the Transformation Director, Steering Group and ExCo.
• Support Finance and budget owners to track transformation expenditure and forecast benefits.
• Provide hands-on support to at-risk initiatives while keeping delivery accountability with owners.
• Coordinate other project managers and workstream support resources as the PMO scales.
• Support change management activities and track adoption and behavioural change.
