Job summary

ISS is seeking a Transformation Programme Manager (Technical Services) to lead a critical transformation programme in London. You will oversee governance, reporting, and delivery while aligning with the Managing Director of Technical Services and driving organisational change across the function.

The role requires a seasoned programme professional with PMO experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to operate with senior stakeholders. Fixed-term, 12 months, based in London.

Qualifications

• Significant project or programme management experience, preferably within a complex transformation and/or technical services environment.
• Proven track record of implementing PMO frameworks
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting
• Hands-on experience with project and portfolio management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project / Jira / Monday.com)
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and drive adoption of PMO standards
• Advanced data, analytics, and insight capability, with the ability to identify trends and present clear, actionable insights
• Experience guiding stakeholders through process changes, training, and transition activities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for executive, technical, and business audiences
• Strong judgement and the ability to proactively identify, mitigate project risks.
• Appropriate qualification or equivalent experience in Project or Programme Management
• Full UK driving licence (ad hoc travel to client sites)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a business-critical transformation programme
• Develop and maintain the programme roadmap, ensuring effective governance, reporting, and delivery oversight
• Establish programme structures, governance frameworks, processes, and ways of working.
• Drive organisational change initiatives and support successful stakeholder adoption
• Act as the visible lead for the transformation programme and a trusted partner to the Managing Director of Technical Services
