Halfords is seeking a Business Process Consultant to help map and improve current and future processes across our Support Centre in Redditch. You will partner with senior stakeholders to define challenges, shape solutions, and deliver measurable business benefits.

You will facilitate workshops, translate business needs into structured deliverables, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. A hybrid working model and a broad benefits package accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in process improvement or business process consulting.
• Experience mapping and redesigning complex processes (AS-IS/TO-BE).
• Strong requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, and delivering structured artefacts.
• Confident engaging with senior leaders and influencing decisions.
• Outcome-focused with clear business, customer, operational or financial benefits.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead current and future state process mapping to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops and sessions with stakeholders to define challenges and solutions.
• Analyze processes, operating models, and ways of working to identify inefficiencies and risks.
• Translate objectives into clear requirements, models, diagrams and impact assessments.
• Challenge assumptions and ensure initiatives deliver meaningful outcomes.
• Define measurable benefits and track value delivered by change initiatives.
• Support delivery teams to maintain alignment with requirements and outcomes.
