You will work with senior partners to map current and future processes, identify opportunities to simplify, and drive measurable improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency.

• Proven experience in Process Improvement or Business Process Consulting.
• Experience mapping AS-IS and TO-BE states.
• Skilled in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, and turning needs into deliverables.
• Confident engaging with senior leaders and executives.
• Outcome-focused with clear business, customer, or financial benefits.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead current state and future state process mapping activities.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to define challenges and gather requirements.
• Analyse processes, operating models, and ways of working for inefficiencies and risks.
• Translate objectives into clear requirements, models, diagrams, and impact assessments.
• Challenge assumptions and ensure initiatives deliver meaningful outcomes.
• Define measurable benefits and track value delivery.
• Support delivery teams to ensure alignment with requirements.
