Job summary

• Proven experience in process improvement or business transformation.
• Skilled in mapping AS-IS and TO-BE states and requirements gathering.
• Comfortable engaging with senior leaders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead current and future state process mapping to identify efficiency gains.
• Facilitate workshops and sessions with stakeholders to define challenges and requirements.
• Analyse processes, operating models, and ways of working to remove bottlenecks.
• Translate objectives into clear requirements, models, and impact assessments.
• Challenge assumptions and ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value.
• Support delivery teams to keep initiatives aligned with outcomes.
