Job Overview

This is an important role within our Transformation Office. You will work as part of a team, with a small number of direct reports (three). This is a hands-on role, so we are looking for someone who enjoys getting involved rather than just overseeing.

Day to day you'll be:

  1. Working as an Analyst
  2. Managing a team of three
  3. Striving for continuous improvement and exploring new ways of doing things
  4. Keeping handbooks up to date with process changes and communicating these changes effectively
  5. Collaborating closely with the Finance Team regarding Benefit Realisation
  6. Involved in the full project lifecycle
About You

You should be a people person with experience as an Analyst in a project/portfolio team, and ideally some people management or supervisory experience.

To be suitable, you will be/ have:

  • Experienced as an Analyst in a Project/Portfolio setting
  • Curious, inquisitive, and proactive in asking questions
  • Passionate about continuous improvement, with examples from past work
  • Strong IT literacy, with the ability to learn IT systems (we use Wave)
  • Highly organised, capable of managing a virtual office and coordinating site visits and social events
  • A social character who can build rapport with stakeholders
  • Interested in remaining 'hands-on'
Package

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with a hybrid working approach between our Durrington office and home.

We offer a salary of up to £58,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience, along with benefits including:
