This is an important role within our Transformation Office. You will work as part of a team, with a small number of direct reports (three). This is a hands-on role, so we are looking for someone who enjoys getting involved rather than just overseeing.
Day to day you'll be:
You should be a people person with experience as an Analyst in a project/portfolio team, and ideally some people management or supervisory experience.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with a hybrid working approach between our Durrington office and home.
