We are currently recruiting an Office Manager / PA to Founder for a dynamic, high-growth trading start-up based in the City of London. Position:
Office Manager with ad hoc PA duties to Founder – managing all office operations in a diverse hands on role, and providing ad hoc high-level executive support to the Founder of a 20-person finance company.

Hybrid set up:
4 days in the office, 1 day from home

Key responsibilities for this Office Manager / PA position:

  • Full office management including facilities, suppliers, implementing new systems internal and client events
  • PA support to the Founder ad hoc – managing diary, travel, and high-level meetings
  • Travel and meeting management for rest of company
  • Liaising with clients and external stakeholders professionally and efficiently
  • Supporting onboarding processes, recruitment and HR support
  • Driving and maintaining a positive, high-functioning team culture
