This small, dynamic hedge fund is seeking an organized, proactive, and resourceful Office Manager to support their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to join a tight-knit group of investment professionals in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace, such as sourcing delivery of office lunches.
  2. Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and building management.
  3. Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and event coordination for executives.
  4. Maintain office supplies, kitchen stock, and overall tidiness.
  5. Liaise with external partners (accountants, lawyers, IT, etc.).
  6. Manage invoicing tasks.
  7. Provide occasional support for light bookkeeping, compliance filing, or investor relations tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Degree educated.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
