Job summary

SGN is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Lead to shape how we engage colleagues across major transformation programmes. Reporting to the Senior Internal Communications Manager, you'll translate complex initiatives into clear messages that drive understanding and adoption.

You'll partner with senior leaders and project teams to deliver multi-channel internal campaigns, provide coaching on change communication, and measure impact to continuously improve engagement.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in internal communications, supporting organisational change or transformation.
• Excellent writing, storytelling and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex changes into clear, engaging messages.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing diverse audiences.
• Understanding of change management and how communications support adoption.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, proactive approach with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging communication content that supports business transformation and explains what is changing and why it matters.
• Partner with senior leaders and project teams to translate complex initiatives into clear, accessible messages.
• Develop multi-channel internal campaigns that drive awareness, understanding and adoption of transformation activities.
• Provide strategic communications advice and coaching to leaders to communicate change with confidence.
• Measure effectiveness of communications using feedback to continuously improve engagement and outcomes.
