Job summary

IAG Transform UK is seeking an experienced Head of Internal Communications and Engagement to lead strategic and tactical communications for transformation and technology initiatives. You will partner with senior leaders, craft compelling narratives, and manage engagement campaigns across multiple audiences.

You will translate complex topics into clear communications, oversee content across internal channels, and collaborate with External Communications to maximise impact on business performance

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in Communications or a related field.
• Extensive internal communications experience in large, international organisations.
• Experience leading integrated internal and external communications for large transformation programmes, ideally in aviation, engineering, infrastructure or similar.
• Excellent storytelling and executive writing skills, able to simplify complex topics for broad audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to shape communications plans and campaigns.
• Lead end-to-end development and delivery of communications for major transformation and technology programmes.
• Create internal and external communications to drive engagement and showcase business value.
• Translate complex topics into clear employee communications in collaboration with External Communications.
• Coordinate with other OpCos to ensure consistent Group-wide communications.
