Our client seeks an experienced Change & Communications professional to drive stakeholder engagement, change adoption and communications across governance, controls and business improvement initiatives.

Working within a high-profile transformation programme, you will deliver change plans, craft engaging communications and support readiness activities while ensuring messages are clear and aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting organisational change or transformation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering change and communications plans.
• Producing engaging communications (presentations, newsletters, briefing packs).
• Supporting change impact assessments and readiness activities.
• Building relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Facilitating workshops and engagement sessions.
• Supporting implementation and adoption of new processes and controls.
• Monitoring engagement levels and change effectiveness.
• Producing reports and insights for programme leadership.
