Job summary

Chanel seeks a Head of Internal Communications & Transformation to partner with Global Corporate Functions in London, translating priorities into actionable communication strategies for leaders and teams. You will shape narratives around transformation, employee experience and engagement across a global community of 700+ staff.

You will lead communications for significant change initiatives, provide counsel to senior stakeholders, and define measures to continuously improve impact and alignment

Qualifications

• Significant experience in internal communications within a large international organization.
• Ability to advise senior leaders and translate priorities into communication strategies.
• Expertise in employee engagement practices and metrics.
• Strong stakeholder management and people-leadership skills.
• Excellent strategic writing, storytelling and editorial abilities.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Corporate Functions leaders to develop tailored internal communication strategies.
• Support leadership communications moments (Town Halls and leadership meetings).
• Translate complex strategies into clear narratives employees can understand and act on.
• Lead engagement initiatives for corporate functions and HQ-based teams.
• Define measures of communication effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
