Job summary

Haleon is seeking an experienced internal communications professional to support the Enterprise Transformation Programme. You will translate complex programme content into engaging, clear communications and drive audience engagement across global channels.

Working with senior leaders, you will shape messaging, materials, and campaigns that build understanding and readiness for change, while measuring impact and continuously improving outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of internal communications, employee engagement and strategic communications.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes and change initiatives with clear comms.
• Proven experience partnering with business leaders to provide strategic communications counsel.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills in a matrix organisation.
• Proven ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content across formats.
• Strong planning and project management capabilities for multiple priorities.
• Experience using data and feedback to measure and improve communications outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop an integrated communications and engagement strategy aligned to transformation milestones and Haleon’s Win as One Strategy.
• Create and maintain a compelling programme narrative and messaging framework for the transformation.
• Develop audience-focused communications and engagement activities across channels.
• Support leaders with presentations, talking points, Q&As, and leadership messages.
• Collaborate with Change Management to ensure readiness and adoption of new ways of working.
• Measure effectiveness via engagement metrics and insights to improve activity.
