Job summary

Haleon is seeking an experienced Business Integration/Transformation Lead to steer the Enterprise Transformation Programme. You will partner with Deployment Leads and regional teams to ensure market readiness, engagement and successful deployment across markets.

The role requires strong change-management instincts, excellent stakeholder facilitation, and the ability to translate insights into practical deployment actions in a complex global environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in change management, stakeholder engagement or transformation in global setups.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and multiple markets.
• Strong communication, facilitation and influencing skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead early market engagement and mobilisation activities across regions ahead of deployment.
• Coordinate with Deployment Leads and regional stakeholders to understand local dynamics and risks.
• Translate market insights into actionable deployment plans and readiness activities.
• Maintain alignment with Change, Communications and Training teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Support identification of influencers and stakeholder groups to strengthen readiness and adoption.
