Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior or lead business analysis role within a complex enterprise environment.
• Expertise in business process mapping, user story creation, requirements gathering, and specification writing.
• Experience mentoring or coaching business Analysts and setting analysis standards.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency with Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Define and uphold quality standards for business analysis deliverables across projects and programmes.
• Mentor and support other Business Analysts, performing regular quality assurance checks.
• Lead the development of a Business Analyst community of practice to encourage collaboration.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation through automation and change.
• Support the creation and analysis of business cases to inform investment decisions.
• Contribute to transformation roadmaps and change programmes.
• Build strong relationships across business units, project teams, and leadership.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working groups to drive clarity and alignment.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
