Bauer Media Group is seeking a Senior Transformation and Change Communications Lead to drive planning and execution for enterprise transformation across its European media portfolio. The role focuses on engaging employees, shaping narratives, and partnering with senior stakeholders to embed a culture of innovation and digital adoption.

You will manage end-to-end change communications, employing data-driven insights to optimise campaigns, strengthen corporate reputation, and align communications

Qualifikationen

• Significant change communications experience in transformation programmes in global matrix organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead full lifecycle implementation and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and agile environments.
• Experience delivering AI in a corporate communications context.
• Strong analytical capability to translate data into improvements.
• Proficiency in digital communications including websites, intranets and social media.

• Design and deliver change communication strategies and plans for transformation.
• Lead communications strategy, planning and execution for large-scale change initiatives.
• Develop compelling content to help employees understand transformation and its impact.
• Drive behavioural change to adopt and embed change.
