Job summary

Redstone Commodity Search seeks a Transformation & Change Manager to join a global trading house. You will lead global change initiatives across technology and business transformation programs, shaping how people work and how systems are adopted.

You will develop change strategies, manage senior stakeholders across countries, design training, and embed new ways of working across the business. The role spans multiple regions and complex ERP/CTRM environments.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in change management, with technology-led change delivery.
• Experience in large international or multi-entity organisations across countries.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and project management skills.
• Experience with ERP, CTRM, AI implementations; a change management qualification would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management across global technology and business transformation projects.
• Develop and deliver change strategies covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption and change-readiness activities.
• Manage senior and operational stakeholders across multiple countries, identifying potential resistance to change and implementing appropriate mitigation plans.
• Design and coordinate user training, change champion networks and ongoing support to ensure new systems and processes are successfully adopted.
• Define and monitor change success metrics, gathering user feedback and ensuring improvements and new ways of working are embedded across the business.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Lead change management activities across global technology and business transformation projects, assessing current ways of working and defining future-state requirements.
• Develop and deliver change strategies covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption and change-readiness activities.
• Manage senior and operational stakeholders across multiple countries, identifying potential resistance to change and implementing appropriate mitigation plans.
• Design and coordinate user training, change champion networks and ongoing support to ensure new systems and processes are successfully adopted.
• Define and monitor change success metrics, gathering user feedback and ensuring improvements and new ways of working are effectively embedded across the business.

Key Qualifications / Experience

• 5 years' experience in change management, with demonstrable experience delivering technology-led change or transformation projects.
• Experience working within a large, international or multi-entity organisation, ideally involving stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and project management skills, with the ability to influence across different levels of an organisation.
• Experience with ERP, CTRM, AI or other major technology implementations would be highly advantageous; a recognised change management qualification would also be beneficial.
