Job summary

Experis is seeking a Senior Change Manager to support a portfolio of business and technology transformation initiatives. You will ensure people are engaged, prepared, and supported throughout the change journey, with a focus on adoption and readiness across complex programmes.

You will lead cross-functional change activities, conduct impact assessments, and coach leaders to drive successful organisational transformation in a dynamic environment within the United Kingdom.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Change Manager or…
• Strong background in people-focused change and transformation.
• Experience delivering change across technology, digital, or business transformation programmes.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, coaching, and influencing.
• Experience conducting impact assessments and readiness activities.
• Knowledge of change methodologies such as ADKAR.
• Ability to explain the "why" behind change and build engagement across affected teams.

Desirable Experience

• Defence, public sector, or highly regulated environment experience.
• Experience working across large portfolios of projects and programmes.
• Track record of delivering successful organisational and technology change initiatives.
