Job summary

TRIA in London is seeking a Business Change Manager to lead end-to-end change across technology, AI and transformation initiatives within a global FMCG/retail context.

You will assess current processes, define future operating models, develop stakeholder and adoption plans, and support training and engagement to ensure successful change adoption across multi-entity programs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' Change Management experience in a complex global environment.
• Strong technology change / transformation experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with change plans, training and adoption.
• Global or multi-entity experience beneficial.
• ERP / enterprise technology or AI experience advantageous.

Responsibilities
