Job summary

Goodman Masson in London is seeking a Change Manager to support an international organisation undergoing transformation. The role combines change management with technology-enabled projects, aiming to embed new ways of working across a multi-site business.

You will lead communications, engagement and training, collaborating with project teams to ensure changes are understood and embedded. Travel up to 20% and a hybrid work pattern are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of change management, transformation or organisational change.
• Experience supporting technology-enabled change projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with both technical teams and business users.
• Experience in complex, international or multi-site organisations.
• Experience with ERP, digital transformation, systems implementation or process improvement would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

I'm working with an international organisation that is going through an exciting period of transformation and is looking to hire a Change Manager to join their growing team.

This role will suit someone who enjoys helping businesses navigate change — from improving processes and introducing new technology, through to supporting teams as they adapt to new ways of working.

You’ll work across a range of transformation initiatives, partnering with project teams and business stakeholders to make sure changes are communicated clearly, understood by employees and successfully embedded across the organisation.
