Job summary

TRIA is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the people side of change across a major transformation portfolio. You will shape change strategies, engage stakeholders and drive adoption to deliver lasting business value.

You’ll work with senior leaders and programme teams to embed new ways of working, minimise disruption and build organisational capability through effective change management practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering business change within large, complex organisations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Experience developing change, communication and engagement strategies.
• Knowledge of organisational readiness and adoption planning.
• Facilitation and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Change management qualification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead business change activities across major transformation programmes.
• Develop change, communication and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Deliver stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments and readiness plans.
• Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions to gather feedback.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans for change initiatives.
• Embed sustainable change with programme teams to maximise adoption.
• Coach managers and leaders in change management best practices.
