TRIA, a growing retail organisation, is seeking a hands-on Programme Manager to drive business-critical change across a complex global environment. You will own a broad transformation portfolio and ensure technology and operations align to support future growth.

With no existing Programme Manager in place, you’ll bring structure, pace and leadership, rolling up your sleeves in a dynamic and evolving setting, delivering practical outcomes across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Programme Manager leading large-scale change.
• Experience in retail or consumer-facing industries.
• Experience in global organisations with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Track record delivering complex technology and business change.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of strategic business and technology change initiatives across the organisation.
• Manage and develop a team whilst driving programme governance and delivery excellence.
• Work with global stakeholders to implement change initiatives and ensure adoption across markets.
• Own roadmap creation and prioritisation for technology and business transformation.
