Job summary

The World is seeking a senior Change Manager to lead the people side of its three-year transformation, reporting to the Programme Director and collaborating with senior leaders to translate strategy into practical change.

You will establish a practical change management framework, coach leaders, build change champions, and develop communications and training to support adoption across the organisation. A Christian framework alignment is requested for the role.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex organisational change.
• Experience delivering cross-functional plans and managing risks and milestones.
• Confident engaging stakeholders at all levels and coaching leaders.

Responsibilities

• Establish a practical change management framework to support delivery of the strategy.
• Build and support a network of change champions across the organisation.
• Coach and equip leaders to guide their teams through change.
• Create engaging communications, tools, workshops and training for different audiences.
• Assess change impacts and organisational readiness, identifying barriers and supporting adoption.
• Use data, feedback and insight to measure progress and improve the approach.
