Accenture is seeking a Transformation Change Senior Manager in the UK&I market to lead large-scale change programmes across multiple industries. You will guide change strategy, engage senior leaders, and oversee delivery with a focus on technology-enabled transformation.

The role requires a strong track record in enterprise change programmes, expertise in ERP/CRM platforms, and excellent stakeholder management. Travel to client sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing enterprise transformational change programmes, ideally with SAP S/4, Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors or Salesforce.
• Lead Change Management planning, assessment teams, and change intervention plans.
• Transformation vision creation, Leadership alignment and storytelling.
• Communication strategy with digital/AI enabled tooling.
• Learning Needs Analysis, strategy and content development.
• End-to-end tech implementation lifecycle from design to hypercare.

Responsabilités

• Deliver enterprise transformational change projects underpinned by technology.
• Define Change Management solutions: vision, leadership engagement, advocacy, and measurement.
• Support growth of the Change consulting practice through innovation and thought leadership.
• Create market-relevant Change Management viewpoints, blogs and offerings.
• Deliver with consistency and excellence for clients.
