MWH Treatment is seeking a Head of Business Change to lead adoption of innovation, transformation and improvement initiatives across the business. You will work with operational leaders, the Innovation Manager and the Business Excellence Manager to ensure new processes and ways of working are embraced, delivering measurable benefits.

The role requires strong emotional intelligence, credibility and the ability to influence at all levels, turning ideas into sustained BAU across projects,

• Significant experience leading business change or transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Resilient and patient when supporting individuals through change.
• Proven ability to deliver sustainable behavioural and organisational change.
• Experience developing change strategies, communication plans and adoption frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a complex, matrix-managed environment.
• Desirable experience in water, utilities, engineering, construction or infrastructure sectors.
