Job summary

MWH Treatment is seeking a Head of Business Change to lead adoption of innovation, transformation and business improvement initiatives across the business. You will work with operational leaders, the Innovation Manager and the Business Excellence Manager to embed new processes and ways of working, delivering measurable benefits.

As a senior leader, you will shape the organisation's approach to change, advise sponsors and manage readiness and adoption risk across major projects and frameworks,

Qualifications

• Experience leading business change initiatives across large programmes.
• Ability to build sponsorship and manage adoption risk.
• Proven capability to embed new ways of working into BAU.

Responsibilities

• Lead MWH Treatment's approach to business change and ensure adoption of strategic initiatives.
• Develop and deliver change strategies for innovation, digital and business improvement programmes.
• Partner with operational leaders to assess readiness and manage impacts.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communication and sponsorship activities.
• Build capability through training, coaching and change champion networks.
• Monitor adoption and realise benefits with measurable value.
