Job summary

MWH Treatment is seeking a Head of Business Change to lead adoption of innovation, transformation and business improvement initiatives across the business. You will work with operational leaders, the Innovation Manager and the Business Excellence Manager to embed new processes and ways of working, delivering measurable benefits.

As a senior leader, you will shape the organisation's approach to change, advise sponsors and manage readiness and adoption risk across major projects and frameworks,

• Proven capability to embed new ways of working into BAU.

We are seeking a Head of Business Change to lead the successful adoption and embedding of innovation, transformation and business improvement initiatives across the business.

Working closely with operational leaders, the Innovation Manager and the Business Excellence Manager, you will ensure that new processes, technologies and ways of working are embraced by our people, delivering measurable and sustainable business benefits.

This is an opportunity to shape MWH Treatment's approach to change, advise senior sponsors and provide constructive challenge on readiness and adoption risk across major projects, frameworks and support functions. As a key leadership role, you will work alongside senior operational, innovation and business excellence leaders to help turn promising ideas and improvements into sustained business-as-usual practice across our projects, frameworks and support functions.

Success in this role requires strong emotional intelligence, empathy and credibility, with the ability to engage, influence and support people at all levels through periods of change.
