Job summary

Arthur is a leading London Market insurer seeking a Transformation Analyst to support the enhancement of its underwriting control environment. The role focuses on process improvement, reporting optimisation, data quality, governance and business change initiatives across underwriting.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen controls and leverage data and technology to drive operational excellence.

Transformation Analyst

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will identify opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen controls and leverage data and technology to drive operational excellence.

Essential Skills of the Transformation Analyst:

• Insurance or Reinsurance experience
• Strong Business Analysis and Process Improvement experience
• Experience delivering Change or Transformation initiatives
• Data Analysis, MI and Reporting experience
• Governance, Controls or Operational Risk knowledge
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience identifying and delivering operational efficiencies
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum Contract Duration: 12 Month FTC Location: London EC3A / WFH Hybrid Start Date: ASAP (up to 4 weeks notice considered)
