Arthur is a leading London Market insurer seeking a Transformation Analyst to support the enhancement of its underwriting control environment. The role focuses on process improvement, reporting optimisation, data quality, governance and business change initiatives across underwriting.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen controls and leverage data and technology to drive operational excellence.

Formación

• Experience in the Insurance or Reinsurance sector.
• Proven ability in business analysis and process improvement.
• Experience delivering change or transformation initiatives.
• Data analysis, MI and reporting experience.
• Governance, controls or operational risk knowledge.
• Strong stakeholder management, including senior leadership.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
