Job summary

Sompo UK in London is seeking a forward-thinking Business Transformation Analyst to shape the future of our Commercial Insurance operations. You will combine business knowledge, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement to identify opportunities, drive innovation and deliver meaningful business outcomes across Underwriting, Claims, Pricing and Operations.

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the insurance industry or related sectors.
BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent qualification is desirable.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar analytics tools and SQL desirable.

Responsibilities

Analyse end-to-end business processes, operating models and customer journeys.
Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate across Underwriting, Claims, Pricing, Operations and Technology to modernise processes using data, automation and AI.
