Job summary

Arthur Recruitment is supporting a leading organisation in the London commercial insurance market to hire a Business Transformation Analyst. This role sits within the UK Change & Transformation function and involves delivering business change across Underwriting, Claims, Operations and supporting functions.

You will analyse end-to-end processes, drive improvements, and use data, technology and automation to enhance resilience and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years' experience in Business Analysis or Transformation.
• Experience within Commercial Insurance or related financial services is desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience with data visualization, analytics and/or process modelling.
• Exposure to AI-enabled tools and digital ways of working.
• Experience supporting UAT, implementation and business readiness.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Curious, proactive mindset with confidence to challenge the status quo.
• A recognised Business Analysis qualification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyse end-to-end processes, operating models and customer journeys to identify improvement opportunities.
• Challenge existing ways of working and develop innovative, commercially focused solutions.
• Use data and analytics to identify trends, risks, root causes and opportunities.
• Work with Power BI, Tableau, SQL or similar platforms.
• Support the use of AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve decision-making.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support transformation initiatives from initial idea through to implementation.
• Contribute to business cases, benefits tracking, process design and business readiness.
• Keep up to date with developments across the London Market and Commercial Insurance sector.

We're working with a leading organisation within the commercial insurance market that is looking for an experienced Business Transformation Analyst to join its UK Change & Transformation function.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering business change across Underwriting, Claims, Operations and supporting functions, helping to improve processes, strengthen operational resilience and identify new opportunities through data, technology and automation.

The successful candidate will go beyond traditional business analysis, acting as a problem solver, change catalyst and strategic thinker. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and delivery colleagues to understand complex challenges and translate them into practical, measurable solutions.
