Job summary

MS Amlin in London is seeking an Underwriting Controls Transformation Analyst on a 12-month FTC to lead process improvements, data quality initiatives and reporting enhancements within the underwriting controls function.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to challenge existing processes, reduce manual activity, apply analytics and emerging technologies, and support peak reporting while transformation initiatives progress.

Qualifications

• Experience in an insurance or reinsurance environment.
• Experience operating within Lloyd's market advantageous.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Review underwriting control processes for efficiency, effectiveness and risk reduction.
• Improve reporting, governance and oversight approaches to increase efficiency and strengthen decision-making.
• Enhance data quality and management information; reduce manual effort and operational risk.
• Support design and implementation of enhanced controls to improve overall effectiveness.
• Develop data-driven, scalable approaches and leverage analytics and emerging technologies.
