Job summary

Harvey is building a legal transformation practice for the AI era. As Transformation Advisory Lead for Strategy & Economics you will shape the strategy and economics offering, guiding engagements run by Engagement Managers and collaborating with Practice Directors to deliver high-impact client work.

Your experience leading legal teams and advising senior leaders will inform how we help law firms and legal departments adopt AI-driven value models.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience shaping strategy, pricing or operating decisions in legal/consulting
• Deep fluency in legal economics including profitability, cost-center dynamics and value measurement
• Track record advising senior legal leaders through high-stakes decisions with finance presence
• Clear point of view on how AI will change the business of law and economics
• Evidence of built frameworks or methods that others adopted and kept using
• Judgment to discuss efficiency to build support for change rather than displacement
• Energy for building something new while the playbook is still being written

Responsibilities

• Advise on strategy: help leaders decide where AI changes competitive position and where to invest
• Advise on pricing and value: measure AI impact on cost, speed and value of work
• Advise on operating models: redesign how legal work is organized and staffed
• Help leaders make the case for change to partners, GC and finance leaders
• Build the offering: diagnostics, frameworks and leadership readouts for engagements
• Join client conversations with Practice Directors and account teams when needed
