Harvey AI is building a legal transformation practice for the AI era. Our Transformation Office brings together experienced consultants and practitioners to help law firms and legal departments turn AI into measurable business value.

You will help leaders decide what to change and how to change it, shaping how AI is adopted and valued across engagements and client work. This is a senior role with broad client impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years shaping strategy, pricing or operating decisions in legal contexts.
• Deep fluency in legal economics, including profitability, pricing and value measurement.
• Track record advising senior legal leaders through high-stakes decisions.
• Clear view on how AI will change the business of law, grounded in economic trends.
• Evidence of frameworks or methods that others adopted and kept using.
• Judgment to discuss efficiency and change without fear of displacement.

Responsibilities

• Advise on strategy: help leaders decide where AI changes competitive position and where to invest.
• Advise on pricing and value: measure AI impact on cost, speed and value of work.
• Advise on operating models: redesign how legal work is organized, supported and staffed.
• Help leaders make the case for change: work with partners, GC and finance leaders to build the case.
• Build the offering: create diagnostics, frameworks and leadership readouts for engagements.
• Bring expertise to early conversations: join Practice Directors on customer engagements.
