Job summary

Harvey is building a leadership role for Legal Engineering across EMEA. Reporting to the VP, Legal Engineering & Regulatory Investigations, you will oversee Legal Engineering Managers and guide the function's regional strategy, focusing on organizational leadership and cross-functional delivery.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to ensure excellent outcomes for clients and drive growth in a rapidly evolving legal technology landscape.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 12+ years PQE and top-tier firm or in-house experience.
• Proven ability to lead managers and scale teams in fast-paced settings.
• Strong systems, processes, and operating model ownership.
• Demonstrated cross-functional partnerships and executive influence.
• Experience representing organizations to senior leaders and external stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of corporate, litigation, investigations, regulatory, and legal ops.

Responsibilities

• Lead Legal Engineering Managers and their organizations serving Harvey's in-house customers.
• Build systems and processes enabling scale and exceptional outcomes.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to align priorities.
• Act as trusted advisor to law firm and legal department leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Drive performance through planning, resource management, and talent development.
• Help define the future of Legal Engineering at Harvey.
