• Must be qualified to practice law in England & Wales with at least 3 years of experience at a top-tier UK law firm.
• Executive engagement skills and presence with ability to establish relationships with key decision makers.
• Outstanding presentation skills to both legal and executive audiences.
• Strong understanding of legal processes and challenges faced by legal professionals.
• Curiosity about AI’s potential to transform the legal industry.
• Sales or customer-facing experience, including law firm business development, is a plus.

• Engage with lawyers at existing and prospective customers to understand workflow challenges and explain Harvey’s AI solutions.
• Establish yourself as a credible expert in solving customers’ specific legal problems (e.g., researching databases, drafting provisions, analyzing briefs).
• Lead product demonstrations tailored to various law firm practice groups and in-house teams, validating value and showcasing features.
• Partner with the marketing team to develop content resonating with lawyers and client types.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer to help the sales and product teams apply feedback through a legal lens.
• Tailor the introduction of new solutions to specific customer needs.
• Further Harvey’s market perception as a credible and helpful AI partner for lawyers.
• Conduct research and analysis on customers and competitors.
