Harvey is seeking a senior Legal Engineering leader to direct Harvey's Legal Engineering teams across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will report to the VP, Legal Engineering & Regulatory Investigations and shape regional strategy while partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.

You will manage senior teams, influence executives, and build scalable processes that enable high‑performance in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified lawyer with at least 12 years post‑qualification experience.
• Proven ability to lead managers and manager‑led teams, not just individual contributors.
• Strong cross‑functional partnering and influence with executive stakeholders.
• Experience building scalable organizational systems, processes, and operating models.

Aufgaben

• Lead Harvey's Legal Engineering Managers and oversee regional teams across EMEA.
• Establish regional strategy for Harvey's Legal Engineering function as it scales.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to drive execution.
• Act as trusted advisor to law firm and corporate leaders and influence senior stakeholders.
• Drive organizational performance through planning, resource management, and talent development.
• Define the future direction of Legal Engineering.
