Job summary

Harvey is looking for an Engagement Manager to lead AI transformation engagements at top law firms, Fortune 500 legal departments, and major financial institutions. You’ll assess needs, scope work, align stakeholders and ensure delivery of outcomes.

You are the person who shifts how lawyers think and work, assembling the right cross-functional experts as the engagement requires, and managing client expectations from kickoff to close.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in management consulting or transformation delivery at senior advisory level.
• Track record shifting mindset among skilled professionals, e.g., lawyers.
• Breadth and instinct to orchestrate multiple workstreams.
• Experience managing tech deployments or transformation in enterprise settings.
• Exceptional executive presence with senior partners and C-suite.
• Strong program-management instincts under a fixed clock.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and its impact on legal work.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity where the playbook is still evolving.

Responsibilities

• Run transformation engagements end to end with a delivery plan and accountable outcomes.
• Bring the full Transformation Office to bear across strategy, governance, tech, process redesign, value measurement and learning.
• Shift how legal professionals work by earning trust and influencing behavior and mindset.
• Orchestrate the engagement team and cross-functional collaborators.
• Close out with rigor: document outcomes, risks, and recommended next steps.
• Centralize best practices into the Transformation Office methodology.
