As a Legal Innovation Partner, you will advise Innovation leaders, shape product direction, and translate complex ideas for lawyers, clients, and executives while helping scale a rapidly growing company.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a legal innovation role in a top law firm, corporate legal team, or legal tech.
• Executive presence with CIOs/CKOs/CISOs and the ability to translate between technical and legal audiences.
• Track record of shaping product direction or service design based on deep domain insight.
• Strong point of view on AI transformation in law firms and its impact for lawyers, clients, and firms.
• Exceptional written and spoken communication skills for thought leadership and advising.

Responsibilities

• Advise innovation and knowledge teams on AI transformation and policy rollout.
• Support innovation leaders in advancing collaboration between firms and clients.
• Contribute to innovating the business of law and how legal services are delivered.
• Advance legal AI thought leadership through industry engagement and analyses.
• Foster a thriving innovation community across law firms, professional bodies, and corporate teams.
